Seller delivers goods to a carrier nominated by the buyer. Risk transfers at the named place.
Seller delivers goods alongside the vessel at the port of shipment. Sea freight only.

Incoterms are published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The current version is Incoterms 2020. Always specify the Incoterm, named place, and version in your contracts.
