What is a project import and does our plant qualify?
Project import registration allows eligible plant, machinery and related equipment for a new unit or a substantial expansion to be assessed at a single concessional rate rather than item by item. Eligibility depends on the nature of the project and the sponsoring authority's approval. We assess this before the first shipment, because registration must be in place ahead of clearance.
How do you track EPCG export obligation?
We handle EPCG licence registration and compliance with DGFT export obligation requirements.
Can you check anti-dumping duty before we place an order?
Yes, and for raw materials this is the single most valuable pre-shipment check. Anti-dumping and countervailing duties are specific to HS code, country of origin and often the individual exporter, and can exceed the basic customs duty. We verify against current notifications so landed cost is known upfront.
Do you handle BIS and EPR registration?
We identify which registrations a commodity requires at the classification stage and support the application process. Discovering a BIS requirement after the container has landed is expensive, so this check happens before shipment wherever possible.
